Six Builders Introduce House and Land Packages

The Monarch Investments Group (Monarch) is this month introducing customised house and land packages from sixbuilders in its Ingleburn Gardens Estate.

Cavalier Homes, AVJennings, Zac Homes, Metricon, Allworth Homes and Brilliant Homes have all designedhouse and land packages to suit a broad range of land lot sizes that accommodate all budgets.

Andrew Toynton, Sales Manager for Monarch said, “Feedback from house purchasers highlighted they were seeking customised house and land packages, which included all of the trimmings to allow them to budget more easily for their dream home. The packages help paint a picture for people to make the purchasing decision easier and close the gap of uncertainty on price.”

Affordability was the major consideration, with packages starting from $430,000 for a three bedroom home. Some of the builders that have designed packages are also constructing spec homes to allow home buyers the opportunity to move in straight away or view their dream home before they build it. Construction will start on these homes later this year with completion expected early next year.

Registered land is now selling in stages five and seven with prices starting from $251,950 and ranging in size from 430 – 629 sq m. The flat land lots offer frontages up to 17 metres and are suitable for a range of dwelling types.

The masterplanned community comprises a large lake, swimming and wading pool, parks, playground, meeting facilities andconcierge service for residents.A child care centre and an AnglicareChesalon Living seniors’ community (120 bed residential aged care home and 30 assisted-living apartments) are also proposed for inclusion in the estate.
